    LOVE your cookbook! Have to admit I especially love the homemade Kahlua recipe :) but the whole book has been so helpful to us. I wish more families would see the diet/behavior connection!

    You’re awesome. I’m a firm believer in all this. My son is ADHD and I helped his hyperactivity and behavior tremendously just cutting out artificial color and mondyglicerides.
