Chicken Scarpariello – a Gluten Free One Pot Meal

By Celia C Solutions

Chicken Scarpariello is an amazingly easy one pot chicken and sausage skillet meal that offers something for everyone. There are enough vegetables in this dish to really feel good about serving it, yet it offers two kinds of meats to keep the carnivores from complaining. Scarpariello means of the shoemaker which implies that the ingredients are so humble a shoemaker could afford to make this one. @slolita1 I know you like it spicy. You’re the one that got me thinking about hot peppers in vinegar when you made those jalepeno burgers with the escebeche sauce. The closest thing I had in my fridge was hot cherry peppers in vinegar.

@TheVittleVlog Thank You, it was amazing especially if you like spicy food. My 10 year old daughter thought it was too spicy and I ended up having to make her something else to eat.
