    cramping, bloating, diarrheal, and possibly malnutrition depending on the extent of the damage.

    It happens because Celiac’s is an autoimmune disorder, so when someone with it injests gluten, their immune system attacks their villi in the intestine. This causes the intestine to acutally look shiny, and the person will have problems absorbing nutrients.

    Cramps, headaches, diarrhea, bloating…. pretty much anything with the digestive system & colon. If you google celiac disease, there are a lot of websites out there! you shouldn’t have a hard time finding what you’re looking for…
